Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship across Canada. We hope to expand internationally in the future—stay tuned by following us on social media!

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary by location and carrier but usually arrive within 3–7 business days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed, as we begin processing them immediately.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package.

Product Care

How do I care for your jewelry?

Our brass-based pieces are delicate and require love. Store them in a cool, dry place - preferably in a pouch or box - and avoid direct contact with moisture, perfumes, or creams. We recommend removing them before showering to preserve their shine and longevity.

Returns & Damages

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All items are final sale. As a small and growing brand, we are currently unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We pack everything with care, but shipping mishandling is unfortunately out of our control.
If your jewelry arrives in pieces, this likely occurred due to rough handling by the courier. In such cases, please contact us - we will do our best to guide you through a fix or send a replacement component if possible.

If your item arrives completely damaged and irreparable, please email us with photos within 3 days of delivery. While the courier is responsible for such damage, we will evaluate the situation and, in good faith, may offer a full or partial replacement or refund.
